尋日班機發生咗件直接衝擊的思緒嘅事……

講返飛墨爾本我哋會有兩餐,每餐有三個選擇,每餐出餐之前我哋會做一個廣播,內容會提及話我哋會盡量滿足乘客嘅第一選擇,如果第一個選擇冇哂,希望閣下選擇其他。

話說尋日同同事A派派下餐嗰陣,我問個澳洲乘客B想食咩,個客話想食omelette,於是我就俾咗個omelette佢。同事仲派緊前一行,前一行有兩個乘客CD都表示想食omelette。

呢個時候乘客B無那那大叫:「我都要omelette!點解仲未俾我㗎?」

同事A就回應佢:「咦?啱啱我個同事咪俾咗你囉?」

乘客B:「嗰個係俾我個孫㗎!我自己都要一個omelette!」望一望,原來佢個孫坐咗喺4個位嘅另一邊,suppose唔係應該我哋呢邊派……

同事A:「唔好意思呀!因為我哋得返最後兩個omelette……咁嗰呢兩位乘客CD都要呀……你會唔會考慮下其他選擇?」我哋問完對面同埋入埋廚房搵都真係冇哂……

點知個乘客B勁大聲指住同事A:「Shut your breakfast!」

同事A:「真係唔好意思!I can only give you what I have...」

之後我見乘客CD都係香港人,大家同聲同氣,就問佢哋介唔介意讓出一個omelette俾乘客B,再揀過第二個餐。好彩佢哋好好人,完全冇問題。我以為件事就咁解決了,點知……

同事A同Cabin Leader匯報咗呢件事之後(Cabin Leader其實喺對面都有目擊成件事),Cabin Leader覺得好嬲,點解個乘客可以咁樣樣同同事講嘢,於是就決定去搵返個客傾返件事。

喺香港做嘢、深受中國「息事寧人」文化影響嘅我,心諗:多一事不如少一事,而家個客已經冇事,點解仲要去搞佢?

於是個Cabin Leader就衝咗出去,同個澳洲客講, "The way you talked to our cabin crew is unacceptable. You should be respectful to our cabin crew."

佢返嚟之後問我覺得點,哇我心入面真係覺得姐你真係好型呀!可能文化唔同定點啦,我做咗就嚟三年都冇見過人夠膽咁同客講嘢……

於是我就坦白同佢講, " To me, I don't think it's a good way to irritate the passenger again once the problem gets solved. But I really appreciate what you did as it'll mean a lot to 同事A. I can see your support and trust on us. Thanks a lot."

每個cabin leader對客、處事嘅方式都唔同,我唔知佢咁做係啱定唔啱、呢個方法係咪對每一個客都適合。但係,我確確實實feel到嘅,係上級撐自己嘅一股暖流。

姐,你真係好型呀💛
